Trailer on lot #33, electric & water slot, for sale (photos attached of Trailer/Deck, Bedroom, Living room; not shown is Kitchen and Bathroom). It has a shared new deck. The roof is freshly sealed, Spring cleaning done with all seat covers freshly washed. Air Conditioner works well. It is OLD but it's clean, dry, level, across from the shower rooms and has great neighbors
