So i graduated AFP in 2005 and have sinced made around 50 jumps. The problem is that i lost my AFP book before i ever got it sent in to get my A license, my procrastination got the better of me. I still have a record of my jumps after AFP in another log book. I wanted to know what i needed to do to get my A license finally squared away.

Im sure we have you in the system as graduated. It all depends when you made your last jump that you might need a coach jump or two. Bring everything you have the next time you come in or feel free to call me and we can sort it all out and get you jumping again. Davide@skydivechicago.com 815-274-6178
