Rent is $525.00 and you pay all utilities or $650.00 which includes utilities. till november 30th. which ends my lease agreements short term lease ok can be negotinated. Lease can be extended from then on and from talking to my friend/ landlord will be looking to rent in the range of $7-800 per month after november 30th 09.
