I'd like to secure a team room, it looks like I need to pre register and pay for everything up front. No problem with that just didn't see anything about what if I need to cancel.
Thanks, Anne |

| If you need to cancel, you'll need to contact the office for a refund. There may be a cancelation fee of 3% if the cancelation takes place after 30 days past registration to cover finance charges, however I don't know for sure how the office has decided to handle this. |

Hello, I'm part of a french 4 way team, and we expect to participate to your Nationals, competing in 4 way, 8 way and 10 way. But we're not sure yet if we'll be enough to compete for 8 way and 10 way. So my question is: Is there a closing date for the registration of each event, or is it possible to register the day before the draw ? By the way, do you know when it will be possible to register online? Thanks very much!

hi, will the event flow/process follow previous years? complete 4way that evening have the draw for 8way, complete 8way have the draw for the enxt event, etc.? I understand the overlap from a planning perspective to show possible weather impact but want to confirm the flow is as previous (3) years I have participated. thank you for the update |

Believe me our goal is to get each event done as fast as possible. We will follow the schedule unless it rains. In that case we will push start days back until we catch up from the rain day. The awards will be done as soon as the comp ends. So there will be an awards ceremony for each event. If you have more question please call the office and ask for Rook. I'll be hapy to assit any way I can.

Teams bringing their own packer, will they be able to pack in the hanger or do we need set up a tent outside?
When we booked our team trailer it said and I confirmed on the phone when I paid the deposit that an overnight stay was allowed, website now shows "no overnight stays" . Part of the reason we book this space was for one person to be able to stay there, this is a problem for us now since the hotels are all full. |

Hi. Your packer will need to setup a tent outside. The hangar space is only for SDC packers. Sorry for the confusion on the trailer. To clarify, teams using the team rooms inside of the hangar are not allowed to stay overnight. However, teams staying in the trailers can stay overnight.
I hope this helps.

Hi, I tried to register online but it was refused. The fact is that I need pay the entry fees with a credit card that do not contain my name (French federation credit card). So, as my team is coming the 5th of september, my question is : can I register at the DZ the 5th or do I need to register online before? We are two french 4-way teams and one 8-way in the same situation. Thank you ! Clément from team Aérokart-Seloger.com-Maubeuge |

The registration link gives me a blank page. I would like to register online. Also the event details says registration is closed. Can we still register online?

| Registration was set to end on 9/1, this was a mistake, you should be able to register again. |
