Hi JaNette,
I may want to sell my 11x40' construction trailer in the late spring. Keith Nugent has first shot at it since we made a contract when I bought it from him in the fall of 06. If you do not have offers, please let me know. It may take a while to see what Keith can do and I do want to enjoy the Spring season before I may have to sell and plan on how to move everything out. I can let you see everything ahead of time. Some items might be added in for a reasonable ammount if it seems seasonable to both of us. Example, sleaper sofa, queen matress and large bedroom cabinet. I moved in with bare floors and walls (well, 1 shelf in the back room) and had the roof cealed in 08. So... everything theres has been an investment to me. That does not actually mean I want to hall it all out of there if it balances out for the buyer and myself. It's right behind the swoop pond with the big deck. Keith N sold the construction trailer to me, then rents the smaller trailer on the other side of the deck.
