Hello,

I want to jump with my wife (2 tamdems), but she has too much fear to the vertigo, actually she gets nausea  with only seeing a carrousell in movement. Maybe I could convince her to jump, but I do not know the risk. Do you know about any similar case?? do you know how could she react?? could she have a heart attack??

Thanks for your help....

Fear of vertigo,

You could try Dramamine for motion sickness, it's used for sea sickness and I have heard it also works fo skydiving. Unless she has a heart condition she should be fine. She could also start slow by coming out to the dropzone and just watching hundreds of skydivers land laughing and smiling and loving it. If that doesnt convince her then she could go on an observer ride in the co-pilot seat and watch the skydivers jump out and then fly down with the plane. Then if that doesnt convince her maybe it's not for her. Either way if you do get her out of the plane she would love it.
